Refund and Returns Policy

At John’s Archery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at office@johnsarchery.ca with your order details.

  2. We will provide return instructions and shipping information.

  3. Send the item back, and once received, we will process your return or exchange.
